Overview

The Bridges Partnership is run by Jigsaw and partners TLC: Talk, Listen, Change and Diversity Matters North West. We are a service commissioned by TMBC.

Jigsaw Support

Jigsaw Support brings together support services from across the Jigsaw Group. We work with communities, families and individuals across the North West of England to provide:
- Homeless Prevention and Supported Accommodation
- Community Outreach and prevention
- Property Management.

TLC: Talk Listen Change

When life gets tough, good relationships help us through.
TLC: Talk, Listen, Change is a relationships charity that has supported people in the North of England for over 40 years.

Diversity Matters North West is an award winning independent local charity working to combat health inequalities and social exclusion and to promote community cohesion.
